Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 2026

Arcade Trio is a small collection of free browser games. We have deliberately built this site to collect as little data as possible. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, and no third-party data pipelines running in the background.

1. About this site

Arcade Trio is a landing page for three free, browser-based arcade games: Fossil Hunt, Sky Bazaar, and Glacier Run. This Privacy Policy explains what data is involved when you visit the site or play the games, and what rights you have in relation to it. Each individual game also publishes its own privacy notice; the principles across all of them are consistent with this one.

2. What we collect

We collect the strict minimum required to operate the site:

We collect no names, email addresses, location data, payment details, or any other personal identifier.

Our codebase does not include any third-party analytics snippet, advertising pixel, or social-media tracker. If we ever add such a component, we will publish a clear notice before doing so.

3. Cookies and browser storage

We set no cookies of our own. The games use browser localStorage solely to persist your high score and settings between sessions on the same device. You may delete this data at any time through your browser’s privacy settings.

4. How we use data

Server log data is used only to keep the site running reliably, diagnose errors, and block malicious traffic. It is never used for advertising, behavioural profiling, or sold to any third party.

5. Third-party services

All code, fonts, images, and scripts used across the site and games are served from our own infrastructure. No third-party service receives any data signal from your visit.

6. Children

All three games are family-friendly and suitable for players of any age. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, no special parental consent is required for data-protection purposes. Parents and guardians are always encouraged to supervise general internet use by younger children.

7. Your rights

Your game data lives in your own browser under your own control. Since we hold no personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our end. To reset your progress in any individual game, clear its site data through your browser settings.

8. Security

The absence of personal data on our servers means that a server-side incident cannot expose your personal information. Your localStorage data is protected by your browser’s built-in security model.

9. Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, or transfer any data — including anonymised or aggregated data — to advertisers, data brokers, or analytics services. Disclosure occurs only when strictly required by law or to protect our own infrastructure.

10. International visitors

The site is available worldwide. Because we do not collect personal data, no cross-border transfer of such data takes place. Local privacy laws (such as GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA) grant you certain rights over your personal data; where those rights would apply, they are unaffected by anything on this site.

11. Policy changes

If we update this Privacy Policy, the effective date above will reflect the change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
